for Dessert 6 servings Time to prepare: 1 hour Difficulty: Easy Ingredients1 1/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. chopped walnuts 1 large egg 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. melted butter |
DirectionsPreheat oven to 325. Butter 9 in pie plate and layer cranberries on bottom.Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. In a bowl beat egg until thick add 1/2 c. sugar, beat again. Stir in 1/2 c. flour and 1/3 c. melted butter. Pour over cranberries and bake 45 minutes. |
